K2 Consultancy Ltd is a project management and construction delivery firm handling projects from £1 million upwards. They bring experienced project managers and construction professionals to guide developments from concept through completion, serving developers and property owners with complex schemes. Their natural referral partners are structural engineers, MEP consultants, planning specialists and building contractors who contribute during the delivery phase, plus facilities management and building compliance providers afterwards. A referral to K2 works when a developer needs hands-on project management expertise for a substantial scheme, or when architects and engineers need an experienced lead to coordinate and oversee delivery.
