We have annually managed VIP hospitality at Meydan racecourse (Dubai World Cup) & continue to do so, managing the day for over 1,200 clients, spread across fourteen suites, all with differing requirements. Our understanding & knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine & how it is served is founded on 8 years of working closely with their royal chefs.
