McGregor Consultants Ltd, trading as NRG, is a recruitment specialist sourcing technical talent for the energy sector, particularly Oil and Gas and Renewables. The agency focuses on specialist positions including engineering and senior operational roles. Natural referral partners include relocation services assisting candidates moving for energy sector roles, professional training providers developing technical and leadership skills, tax and immigration advisers supporting energy sector workers, and energy companies and contractors seeking specialist staff. A referral to McGregor Consultants makes sense when an energy sector employer needs to fill specialist technical or senior operational positions quickly and requires access to a network of candidates with relevant sector expertise.
