Chris Matson Architect is a small chartered architecture firm founded in 2007, delivering personal service to private and commercial clients undertaking residential alterations, extensions, or new builds. The firm handles design development and planning approval processes. Natural referral partners include structural engineers providing technical input, building contractors executing designs, surveyors assessing existing conditions, and interior designers complementing architectural work. A referral makes sense when a homeowner or commercial client has decided to proceed with a building project and needs experienced architectural design and planning support. Architects sit early in the project pipeline, translating client ambitions into buildable designs that require coordinated input from engineers, contractors, and other specialists.
