Trident Surveying is a national asbestos consultancy with over 20 years of experience providing compliance and survey services across the UK. The firm works with property developers, facilities managers and construction contractors who are undertaking building surveys, refurbishments or demolition projects. Asbestos identification and clearance must happen before work begins, making Trident an essential early partner in any project involving older buildings. Natural referral partners include structural engineers, demolition contractors, remediation specialists and building control consultants who execute work after asbestos clearance is complete. A referral to Trident Surveying makes sense the moment a development or refurbishment project is planned, before any construction work is commissioned.
