Leave nothing to chance with British Engineering Services, the leading inspections, testing and certification business in the UK.
Ubiq Group Ltd delivers inspections, testing, and certification services across commercial and industrial projects throughout the UK. The company serves property developers, facilities managers, and building owners requiring comprehensive technical assessment and compliance verification. Architects, structural engineers, and planning consultants form natural referral partnerships, as do specialist contractors undertaking remedial work. A referral becomes relevant when a property owner or developer needs independent technical verification before proceeding with construction, renovation, or ongoing facility management. The findings often identify issues requiring design input or specialist remedial works, creating pathways for architects and engineers to become involved in solutions.
