JPA M&E Consultants is a building services engineering consultancy providing mechanical and electrical design, commissioning management, and energy consultancy across the UK. They work with main contractors, architects, and property developers on new builds and major refurbishments. Natural referral partners include mechanical and electrical contractors, building controls specialists, and energy performance assessors who implement and optimise the systems JPA designs. The consultancy typically partners with quantity surveyors and project managers who coordinate the wider delivery. Referral moments arise when a development project reaches design phase and integrated MEP input becomes essential. Contractors and architects should refer when they need experienced engineering leadership to avoid costly rework and ensure systems meet performance targets.
