Goodrich Consulting LLP is a construction consultancy with over 30 years' experience, providing project management, employer's agent services, quantity surveying, building surveying, and principal designer functions. The firm serves construction companies and property developers managing medium to large-scale projects where professional oversight is essential. Natural referral partners include structural engineers, contractors, building control inspectors, and specialist trade subcontractors executing the projects Goodrich manages or surveys. Goodrich identifies these needs through project delivery and refers clients onwards to trusted partners. A referral to Goodrich makes sense when a construction or property development firm requires experienced hands-on project management, needs quantity surveyance for cost control, or requires an employer's agent to protect their interests. The firm suits developers and contractors seeking established consultancy support rather than in-house resource expansion.
