We have many years experience between us working for and in businesses, charities and personal clients. We have seen that whether plans and goals succeed or fail is the difference between having no strategy and a well conceived strategy. Additionally, unless the strategy is controlled and reviewed regularly it too will fail. With our background we use our skills and experience of seeing the pitfalls and consequences to safeguard businesses and help them to achieve their goals. We believe that accountants are best placed to gather, analyse, review and recommend action.
