Constructive Individuals is an architectural practice run by Phil Bixby, an architect and Passivhaus designer focused on sustainable and community-based projects. The firm serves property developers, housing associations, and community organisations planning sustainable residential or commercial schemes. Referral partners include structural engineers, building contractors, sustainable materials suppliers, and planning consultants needed to progress designs toward construction. A referral to Constructive Individuals makes sense when a developer or organisation is committed to delivering sustainable housing or commercial buildings using Passivhaus principles, or when they need design expertise aligned with environmental and community values.
