askDP

askDP is a management consulting firm working with large enterprises and mid-market companies pursuing digital transformation, organisational restructuring or technology-enabled business process optimisation across multiple departments. The firm helps organisations rethink operations through the lens of technology and change. Referral partners include enterprise software implementation specialists, IT infrastructure providers, change management training firms and executive recruitment services who execute the transformations that consulting recommendations outline. A referral to askDP makes sense when a substantial organisation recognises that its operations require fundamental rethinking and needs structured consulting guidance to chart a path through transformation.
