AMC Surveyors and Property Consultants carries out building surveys for both residential and commercial properties across the North East. They provide homebuyers reports, full building surveys, project management and contract administration, along with party wall advice. The business works with people buying property who need independent assessment before committing to purchase, and property developers managing construction or renovation work. Referral partners include conveyancing solicitors handling the legal side of purchases, mortgage brokers securing finance, and structural engineers undertaking remedial work. A referral to AMC makes sense when a homebuyer or investor needs a detailed survey before exchange, or when a developer requires oversight during building work to ensure standards and contracts are met.
