SCC Ltd. is a MEP consulting company based in Northern Ireland with over 40 years of professional experience. They provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing design expertise to clients across various sectors. Referral partners include structural engineers, architects, quantity surveyors and building contractors. The moment to refer is when project managers and contractors are starting commercial or residential development projects and need MEP design input during the early planning phase. Engaging MEP consultants early ensures efficient system design integration. Once designs are complete, clients require structural engineers to coordinate building systems, architects to integrate MEP requirements into overall design, quantity surveyors to cost services accurately, and building contractors to install the systems on site.
