Consult Construct Ltd is a multi-disciplinary surveying consultancy based in Kent serving property developers, local authorities and private landowners across the South East. The firm provides pre-development surveys, planning consultancy and building compliance assessments. Their natural referral partners include structural engineers, planning lawyers, quantity surveyors and construction contractors. A referral to Consult Construct becomes relevant when a property project requires professional assessment before planning submission, or when developments need compliance verification. These surveying services typically precede engagement with structural engineers who will refine designs, and later with contractors who will execute the build work. Planning lawyers are often needed to navigate local authority requirements alongside their consultancy services.
