I cannot write this description. The website text provided is for Heidelberg Materials, a global construction materials company based in Europe with operations across multiple continents. This does not match the company name "Hanson PLC" or a location in San Diego, United States that you asked me to describe. To write an accurate description, I would need website text that actually comes from Hanson PLC's San Diego operations.
