I cannot provide a description based on the text provided. The website content appears to be from Kontron, a German IoT technology company based in multiple locations, not from "Dolch Computer Systems" in Poway, United States. The text discusses industrial automation, embedded systems, 5G connectivity and cyber security compliance across various industries. To write an accurate description of Dolch Computer Systems for your referral directory, I would need their actual website text or company information.
