I cannot write the description because the website text provided does not contain any actual information about what Northland Equipment Co. does, what services or products they offer, or what kind of customers they serve. The text consists only of HTML code and font styling information with no readable business content. To write an accurate description for a business referral directory, I would need the actual website content that describes the company's operations, services, or products.
