I cannot write a description based on the text provided. The website content you've shared consists almost entirely of CSS code (styling instructions for a menu system) rather than actual information about Open Systems Technologies or what the company does. To create an accurate description for a business referral directory, I would need the actual website text that describes the company's services, expertise and business focus. Could you please provide the readable content from their website instead?
