I cannot write a description based on the text provided. The website content you've shared consists only of CAPTCHA security error pages, which do not contain any information about what Persistent Systems does, its services, or its business focus. To write an accurate description for a business referral directory, I would need access to actual website content describing the company's services and business activities.
