I cannot provide a description based on the website text provided. The text appears to be corrupted or incomplete HTML code from a thyssenkrupp corporate website, not from "AIN Plastics" in East Syracuse. It contains no information about AIN Plastics, their business operations, location, or services. To write an accurate description for a business referral directory, I would need the actual website content from AIN Plastics.
