I cannot write a description of Insta Graphic Systems based on the website text provided. The text contains only information about UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles), not about Insta Graphic Systems, which is a separate company based in Los Angeles. To write an accurate description for your business referral directory, I would need the actual website text from Insta Graphic Systems.
