AJ Lakes Consultancy and Training Academy works with hospitality and tourism businesses to improve their operations, staff performance and revenue growth. They deliver this through expert consultancy combined with bespoke training programmes tailored to each client's needs. Referral partners include recruitment specialists who help fill roles identified during operational reviews, accountants who manage the financial side of growth initiatives, property and venue developers who expand physical capacity, and marketing agencies who execute the commercial strategies developed through consultancy. A referral to AJ Lakes makes sense when a hospitality business owner recognises that their current performance is constrained by operational inefficiency or staff capability gaps, and they need structured expert guidance to unlock growth.
