I cannot provide a description based on this website text because it does not contain information about "Arris Systems" based in Denver. The text provided is from Aurora Networks (now Arris), a manufacturer of broadband and video delivery infrastructure equipment, but it contains only product and solutions category listings without company description, location details, or business information suitable for a referral directory. To write an accurate description, I would need text that actually describes what the company does, who it serves, and its location.
