I cannot write this description because the website text provided does not contain any information about "Atlantic Plastics Ltd" based in Coleshill, United Kingdom. The text only discusses the Talis Group, Bayard, and Belgicast, which are water flow control companies based in France and Spain that were dissolved or acquired in 2023. To write an accurate description for a business referral directory, I would need website text that actually relates to Atlantic Plastics Ltd.
