Axis Design Architects specializes in housing design, community projects, and sustainability across Birmingham and Wolverhampton. They develop energy-efficient designs for new builds and refurbishment projects, providing expertise in sustainable construction. Natural referral partners include structural engineers implementing designs, planning consultants navigating regulatory requirements, building control services certifying compliance, and construction contractors executing approved plans. Property developers, housing associations, and local authorities form their core client base. A referral becomes appropriate when a developer or housing body has secured land or identified a refurbishment opportunity and requires design expertise that integrates sustainability credentials from project inception.
