Barlings Kwa specialises in air pressure testing with ten years of experience in the field. The company provides testing certification for new builds and renovations, helping clients meet regulatory requirements. Services include drawing reviews and pre-test site visits to prepare clients thoroughly. Natural referral partners include construction firms, structural engineers, building control consultants, and remedial contractors who address any air leakage issues identified through testing. Property developers and construction companies undertaking regulated building work represent the primary client base.
