CAD Architects Ltd is a RIBA Chartered Practice based in South West England, delivering architect-designed buildings across Cornwall and Devon. The practice creates contextual residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. Referral partners include structural engineers, planning consultants, building control inspectors, quantity surveyors and construction contractors. Each of these professionals plays an essential role in translating architectural designs into built projects. A referral makes sense when a developer or property owner has secured land and planning permission, or is preparing a planning application, and needs experienced RIBA-accredited architects to create designs that respond to local context and meet project objectives.
