Architect based in the Hope Valley and Chorlton South Manchester specialising in self build houses, retail, bar design, commercial and arts based projects
Darwent Architecture provides architectural design for self-build houses, retail spaces, bars, commercial projects, and arts-based buildings in the North West. Based in Manchester, the practice serves self-build owners, retail businesses, and arts organisations planning new buildings, renovations, or commercial fit-outs. Referral partners include structural engineers, planning consultants, interior designers for detailed implementation, and construction contractors needed to convert designs into finished buildings. A referral to Darwent makes sense early in a building project when a client has identified a need but requires professional design guidance before securing planning permission or committing to construction. The architect typically leads the process alongside planning consultants.
