Delta Consultants is a niche recruitment specialist in Cambridge providing staffing solutions to life sciences, medical device, and engineering companies. The firm sources permanent and contract staff for technical, research, and clinical roles. Natural referral partners include HR consultants, workplace health and safety providers, professional development trainers, and general recruitment agencies handling non-scientific positions. A referral makes sense when a scientific or medical employer needs specialist technical talent that general recruiters cannot source, or when placed candidates require specific professional development to integrate into roles.
