I cannot write this description because the website text provided is for Westin Hotels & Resorts, a luxury hotel chain, not for Foundry Kitchen & Bar, a restaurant based in New York. The website content does not contain any information about Foundry Kitchen & Bar's services, location, or business model. To create an accurate description for a business referral directory, I would need the actual website text from Foundry Kitchen & Bar.
