JLC Recruitment and Care Ltd is an independent recruitment consultancy specialising in pottery, industrial, and commercial recruitment across the Midlands. Established in Stoke-on-Trent in 1999, the firm focuses on manufacturing and industrial employers with high-volume or seasonal hiring needs for skilled production and commercial staff. Referral partners include financial planning advisors for placed candidates, workplace training providers, health and safety compliance consultants, payroll service providers, HR consultancy firms, and health insurance providers for employer clients. A referral to JLC Recruitment and Care Ltd makes sense when manufacturers face staffing shortages, need to fill multiple positions quickly, or require access to candidates with specialised pottery or industrial production experience.
