Kench Consultants is a building services consultancy specialising in MEP design for new developments. The firm takes on technically demanding projects involving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with a focus on sustainable building solutions. They serve property developers, architects, and contractors planning commercial or residential projects from the design phase. Structural engineers, planning consultants, quantity surveyors, and construction contractors complement Kench's work because projects progress from design through to delivery. Developers and architects should engage Kench Consultants once a project moves from initial concept into detailed design, when expert MEP coordination becomes essential to project success.
