London Intercultural Centre LIC promotes multiculturalism and integration through tolerance, peace and understanding. They deliver cultural competency training, intercultural workshops, and diversity consultation to organizations, schools and community groups seeking to strengthen inclusive practice. Natural referral partners include translation service providers, community outreach specialists, venue hire companies for cultural events, and grants management consultants. These businesses support LIC's participants and partner organizations in delivering their cultural initiatives effectively. A referral to LIC makes sense when an organization recognizes the need to embed cultural competency into its operations, or when community groups want to deepen understanding across different cultures. Schools and employers planning diversity initiatives benefit from their expertise.
