McAdam Design is a multi-disciplinary consultancy practice in Northern Ireland providing architecture, civil and structural engineering, and CDM coordination services. They work with property developers, construction firms and public sector organisations planning new buildings or major refurbishments. Natural referral partners include quantity surveyors, main contractors, specialist subcontractors, building control consultants and project managers needed to deliver designed schemes. A referral to McAdam Design makes sense when a developer or construction organisation needs integrated architectural and engineering expertise spanning design, planning and technical coordination through to project completion.
