I cannot write a description of Noranda Aluminum based on the website text provided. The text appears to be from a financial data website listing the world's largest companies by market capitalisation, and does not contain any information about Noranda Aluminum, what it does, or its services. To write an accurate description for a business referral directory, I would need website text that actually describes the company's operations and offerings.
