One Consult Building Services Ltd provides mechanical and engineering consultancy for building services across London. The firm designs sustainable solutions for lighting, air conditioning, power systems, fire alarms, and heating systems. They work with building developers, contractors, and architects who need early-stage M&E design input during project planning. The business excels at the conceptual phase, creating specifications that guide implementation. Referral partners include specialist installers, electrical contractors, HVAC engineers, and building control consultants who handle the construction phase. A referral makes sense when a developer or contractor has appointed an architect and secured planning permission, needing M&E designs before tender documentation.
