PLACE architects create buildings and spaces that respond sensitively to local context, heritage, and character. They work with property owners, developers, and organizations in the South West planning new builds or refurbishments that respect existing environments and vernacular traditions. Referral partners include structural engineers, planning consultants, quantity surveyors, and heritage-sensitive construction contractors who understand the particular requirements of sensitive design work. A referral to PLACE makes sense when a project involves heritage assets, conservation areas, or distinctive local character that demands architectural sensitivity and contextual awareness beyond standard design approaches.
