I cannot write this description. The website text provided does not appear to be for Seldat Distribution INC based in New York. The text describes a company called Etudes that provides architectural services, consulting, and project management. There is no information about what Seldat Distribution INC actually does, where it is located, or what services it offers. To write an accurate description for a business referral directory, I would need the correct website text for Seldat Distribution INC.
