I cannot write a description of Sentinel Systems based on the website text provided, as the text does not contain any information about a company called Sentinel Systems. The text provided appears to be from Lycos.com and discusses email hosting, weather services, and general website information, but makes no mention of Sentinel Systems. To write an accurate description, I would need website text or other reliable information specifically about Sentinel Systems.
