Square Peg Associates Ltd is an independent employment agency serving the North West across multiple sectors. The practice places permanent and temporary staff with growing businesses and SMEs, particularly those preparing for expansion or managing seasonal staffing challenges. Placed candidates often benefit from onboarding support, HR systems setup and training. This makes the agency a natural referral source to HR consultants, learning and development providers and employment law specialists. A referral works when a business needs flexible staffing solutions or permanent hires to support growth without overcommitting to recruitment infrastructure.
