Transform Lives Company is a social enterprise placing vulnerable and disadvantaged job seekers into sustainable employment through partnership with social enterprises, charities and public-sector organisations. The firm focuses on transforming employment support delivery and associated funding models. Natural referral partners include workplace training providers, mental health support services and benefits advice specialists who support placed candidates after employment begins. A referral to Transform Lives makes sense when organisations committed to inclusive recruitment recognise they need specialist support accessing and placing candidates facing employment barriers. Partners should recommend them to mission-driven employers and public bodies seeking sustainable solutions for vulnerable job seeker integration.
